Our daily gratitude practice

We wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes of the world of CH and share a practice that is vital to the health and longevity of our organization and our own lives. We hope that you all will adopt this practice into your daily lives! Our daily gratitude practice is a huge component of our lives, especially while we travel. It is such a simple yet, profoundly transformative practice that can shift us out of old negative conditioning or stressful thoughts and into the present moment in all of its glorious potential. This practice has helped us as an organization, navigate through some major transitions and challenging experiences, and has helped us deeply enjoy and celebrate moments of triumph. Each team member will be sharing a monthly gratitude with you all in an effort to hold ourselves accountable and encourage you each to do the same. Look around you, there is always always always something to be grateful for.

This week our founder Kate is grateful for:

  1. YOU ALL! All of our CH supporters, volunteers, customers, donors, and fans, You all blow us away with your generosity, willingness to get involved and help, and love that you share. We couldn’t do this without you.

  2. Our artisan partners! This gratitude often makes me cry. I hold the women we work with in such a special place in my heart and not a day goes by when I don’t think of one of them and get chocked up thinking about all of the ways their influence and friendship has changed my life. Everyone from Rachel and Mao to Net and Nat, and Chomnab… You all are my ambassadors of quan. (For those of you that don’t know what that means and haven’t seen Jerry Maguire, go watch it and thank me later :)!)

  3. My Fiance! Both my Fiance Paul and I are full time entrepreneurs and it has been a big year for us both in terms of growth and opportunities. Paul has been a pillar of CH and a major support system from the very beginning and all I can say is, ladies get you a man who champions your dreams. LOVE YOU PAULY! FUN FACT: I does this gratitude practice with Paul and I swear it is a major secret to our success as a couple. We have been together for almost 9 years and this practice has helped us stay grounded and connected to what really matters, through many different phases in life.
